Shipping & Returns

We truly appreciate all of our Little Elite Boutique customers and we strive to deliver excellent customer service daily. We understand that without YOU, we could not do this and there would be no us. Part of our customer service standards is doing everything possible to ensure your purchase is delivered safely and within a timely manner. Please review our shipping and return policies below.

 How do you ship your items?

We ship all of our products via FIRST CLASS USPS domestic mail with an average of 3-5 day delivery time. Due to certain items being in high demand, we may exceed the shipping time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

 Can we get our items faster?

YES, as long as your item is not SPECIAL ordered, you may add Priority or Overnight Express shipping at checkout with an additional fee. Please message us before you add overnight shipping to your order to ensure we have your item available for immediate shipment.

 Do you ship everyday?

YES except weekends and Holidays. Please order accordingly to meet your timeline.

 Do you ship Internationally?

YES we ship Internationally by USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. We have found this to be the cheapest and most affordable BUT it does not come with tracking or insurance. YOU are responsible for TAXES & DUTIES in your country. International orders shipped First Class do not come with tracking numbers except Canada, UK and Australia. Please message us first in order to obtain a detailed shipping quote.

 How long does it take to ship and receive an item once its ships?

We ship all orders in 1-4 business days (exception maybe applicable for high demand items).

Transits as follows:

3-5 days for U.S Customers

2-4 weeks for International

This is an average timeline (please expect delays during holidays and busy seasons)

These are not guaranteed transit times.

 Is Little Elite Boutique responsible for lost or damaged packages?

Each one of your items will be wrapped protectively; however, are NOT responsible for LOST packages.

We suggest adding insurance to your order in case of a lost or stolen package.

 What if my package is returned for insufficient address?

You are responsible to pay all shipping and processing fees that apply for us to reship your package to the correct address.

 Refunds are not accepted. We do welcome exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. Exchanges MUST be done within 7 days of receiving your purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer must pay all shipping fees in order to receive an exchange. 

Exchanges - All exchanges must be approved before being sent back! No exceptions. Please contact us immediately so that we may arrange for your exchange as we may have to set another size/color aside for you before it sells out.
